Divisions

Dividing people,was once brought for easy administration for the government officials, but nowadays people are divided for the sake of votes and for selfish purpose. We are just their bait. We say Hindu, Muslim, and Christian in central. When it comes to state we say Tamil, Hindi,North Indian,South Indian,Kannada,Marathi, Telungana, North Tamilnadu and south Tamilnadu. And when it comes to districts we say caste.

This division among people has been great advantage for the politicians, but a major hurdle for the welfare projects. Recently before election, I met a person, with great enthusiasm he said I’m going to vote for this particular person, I just thought that this guy had an ideology which is very much similar to that of the person, but later he said that he is voting because candidate belongs to his clan. A candidate is supposed to judged based on the previous performance, but people started judging a candidate on the basis of his birth.I like to remain, once caste of a person was decided on the basis of his profession, but as the age passed, because of some deceptive human being, it got changed to ‘caste on the basis of the birth’. And even now we are following the same human injustice, but we forgot all our ethics which is one of our cultural asset which supposed to be followed. This grew up, and it reached the highest point by the region based politics. We started quarrelling on the basis of differences, which was once considered to be our strength. We started saying “No water to particular states” and “No place in society for certain sect”. We called people “untouchables”, even dogs never do all these things but we naïve human beings do all these things. Even crows eat together but we don’t! Why is there a strong discrimination?

Last week was a black mark for the whole Indian community, because of the clash which happened in Punjab, which happened because of a small incident in Austria. My regards towards the Punjab totally changed because of the caste conflict. Our division was shown clearly shown to the world community by this. This is instigated me to write this article.

After thinking about all these things, I still have the hope. Demographics show that in India more than 70 percent of the people are within the age of 18-35 and India is considered to be young. And this condition will prevail only till 2050 and after that India is going to be the home of aged people. So, it is 'change now or never' situation. I’m proud to be living during this part of the time, coz we are going to be the people who are going to change the whole scenario of this country. It is said so because, if the 70 percent of the population changes, then our next generation will be following us as we are following our parents. And so we can change this whole world and make it a better place for living. This article is definitely not for people who love all follow caste, but for remaining, who still long for the change. Just stay away from your parents even if they follow all these caste system, as far as this issue is concerned (Never meant it literally), let us lead a new life and show a new path to the rest of the world.

I like to conclude by saying that,” never cast for any caste”. We are supposed to be united on common grounds like 'Indians', but not divided. So, never let anybody divide us.Make a better future, coz “we are the change!” Let us give them a loud and clear message, “Stop dividing!”

Are we Democratic?

One question which arises whenever I think about our country being called 'The world’s largest Democracy' is,"Are we really Democratic?!!!”

 

India once was a prestigious country with bounteous wealth and Cultural heritage. For this fact, every barbarian, from Alexander the Macedonian, to sundry Central Asians, to random Europeans, all invaded India. Bharat is the birth place of martial arts, religion (religions) culture, civilization, science and leadership but now all our glory is almost gone. We never felt proud for all the things which we are supposed to be proud of, but rather we started feeling proud for the things which are just like a 'Maya', one among is Democracy. 

Democratic Party!

In centre, we have a party which says that it is very much secular and democratic. After the entry of the future 'Dynasty Prime minister' into politics, that particular party has never even conducted a single intra-party election till date. Youth wing secretary, National students union of India, and also the most powerful position, secretary is also held also by that single person. Is this the democracy which we have been longing for? In this  party, all the grandsons and grand daughters of the  single family get a chance to  become  prime minister of our country, does this mean that we have no body in the population of 100 crore who have the eligibility to become the prime minister other than this  family?

One Vote = 500 Rupees

In Madurai, a historical town in Tamilnadu forgot all its ethics. Give them 500 rupees, they will vote to your party. If another party gives them 1000 they will for get your 500.By-election in Tirumangalam (A Constituency in Madurai) saw a unbelievable polling percentage (89%) and remember last 1 hour had a incredible percentage of 20 (Most of it would have been bogus voting). All these show the failure of democracy. (May be next time, election commission should give 500 rupees to every Mumbaikars to make them vote). 

Aborigines 

Aborigines of India are facing a hard life in the places wherever they life. Whether it be Singapore or Sri Lanka, but our government never minds about all these. Our rulers are least bothered about all these things, because they don't even take care of us, how they are going to take care of the aborigines of India. What is wrong with us! They are our own brothers and sisters. If we don’t even care about them, and then whom are we going to take care. Moreover, the mighty Indian government is supplying the arms to the government of Sri Lanka; in turn these arms are used for the ethnic cleansing. Tamil people in Sri Lanka are being slaughtered ruthlessly using these same weapons. At the same time our government sends medicines and food to the same people whom it intended to kill. 

Degrading Culture

Thomas Babington Macaulay an English poet and politicians in his speech stated that “I have travelled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief. Such wealth I have seen in the country, such high moral values, people of such caliber, that I do not think we would conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self esteem, their native culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation”. But today we are being misguided; people think wearing a Adidas or Nike makes us look cool. A person who watches a UEFA or EPL is considered to be smarter rather than a guy who plays Kabadi. A manufacturing plant of coca cola or Pepsi sucks the whole underground water resources available in that area and so, no agriculture is possible in that place. But we don't care about all these things.  We should consider their plight before having a sip! They are Multinational 'A-Holes' who plunder our wealth by causing untold miseries to our farmers. We should say ‘No Multinational company products’ as USA say 'No Bangalore'. 

 

Indian Politics

India gets the credit for being the only country where a communist party joins hand with the party which is meant for the rich (Congress). People here are opportunistic. For example, congress and communist are allies in the centre but they post their candidate against each other in Kerala and West Bengal. This is the exact definition of Opportunistic policy! PDP which has involved in many terrorist attacks and even got caught too is considered to be secular for congress and Left, but at the same time, BJP is considered to be religious. The State has also failed to provide basic human necessities: the infamous 'bread, clothing and shelter' that every government has promised loudly but never delivered. People in many parts of India are opting for privatized education, water supply and road-maintenance as they are fed up by the States incompetence, indifference and inefficiency, a testament to how badly the State has performed. We pay tax, but in return we get nothing. No party here is worried about the mass, but rather they are worried about the power. Our communist has always been a puppet for China and our people have always been the audience who listening to their crap!

 

India has seen many emerging political party, which divides people in some way or the other. They have always tried to divide rather than uniting. They are just like a chimera and it is our duty to find it and destroy them from root. (Please don't arrest me under NSA for using the word 'destroy'!). We are sick of this, let us make our voice loud and clear by telling to 'unite us' on a common ground rather than dividing us. Our democracy is going in a wrong direction and it is our duty to correct it.

Is this what we really want?

I was wondering, what foreigners are thinking about India. So, I just shot this question to my ‘friend of friend’ who is a citizen of America. He just gave me a quick reply without any second thought, "India =Mumbai Attacks!!” There are so many good things about India, but people started forgetting about it. Once we were remembered as Cultural capital of the whole Universe, but now? Are we losing our glory? As of 2006, at least 232 of the country’s 608 districts were afflicted, at differing intensities, by various insurgencies and terrorist movements. There is a very famous statistic which says, "Number of terrorist attack in India>Number of terrorist attack in Israel + Iraq ". The statistic goes like this

Iraq	30.8%
Afghanistan	2.8%
India	45.9%
Israel/ Palestine	8.4%

All these figures clearly emphasize our softened heart. Gandhian times are over; this is not the time for non violence. If someone tries to give us F**K it is our legal right to give them the same thing which they deserve very much, but India is still there in age old ‘Jesus era’, where if one slaps in your cheek you are supposed to show the other, but India went way beyond that by showing all our body to transnational terrorists.

America on the hand was vulnerable to terrorism before 9/11, but now it is not the same case. Americans are now better prepared to deal any kind of transnational terrorism. The government of America has uncovered and thwarted at least 16 terrorist conspiracies after WTC attack. After WTC attack all the different organization which was working for the security of the citizens was brought into single federal agency. Taliban’s were brought down to feet after the attack. Mujahidin were thrown and thereafter no attack was made possible in America but it is not the same case in India, we had a terrorist attack in Parliament (2001) and after that we did not bring all our security into a single stream, but rather we started celebrating our 60years of troubles caused by Pakistan by sending trains and buses to Lahore. In return, they gave us another prize by giving a wonderful attack in our economic capital by slaughtering all our foreign guests (Mumbai terror attack) and which badly affected our economy and tourism. Afzal Guru was convicted of conspiracy in the December 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament and he was sentenced to death by the Supreme Court of India in 2004, but now sentence is stayed and even this was made politics. Now, Afzal Guru is provided with all kinds of luxuries.

Our Indian government has always been lazy. Government of India sent the answers to queries which were asked by Government of Pakistan in regards to 26/11 after 45 days (As far as I know, this is the only case were accuser asked questions the government was not able to provide answers) . We never waged a war, but at least we should have given some diplomatic pressure and should have been little bit active, but we failed to do it too. Even this was made politics by Indian politicians, Minister of Minority affairs who is doing a vote bank politics came out with a spectacular remark saying that 26/11 is a work of specific sects radical groups and this fueled Pakistan and it started blaming India for its so called ‘false accusation’.

All these things show us one thing very much vividly, "We are softened". Nobody wants to be aggressive; at least we should react to things. Worst of all, Mumbaikars who were expected to vote in large numbers because of terror attack gave 45% polling. What is the reason behind low polling percentage? ,’is it Laziness or failure of democracy?’ All these things tells us one thing; we people are neither worried about our country nor our society. It is our duty to protect our Mother India and save our future generation from all these crimes by preventing it now.

If government is not able to provide security, let us say ‘No Taxes.' All these old gimmicks in the Indian politics should be sent home. If they are not able to do something,let us do something.

"No security,no taxes",let this be our slogan until we get proper security.
